Shipping Your Project

Important disclaimers:

  • It is legal for any gunowner to ship rifles, shotguns, and handguns directly to triple creek with appropriate packing via ups or fed ex.
  • Triple creek must ship All firearms back to the same person at the same address.
    • If this isn’t an option, the firearm must be shipped to a specified FFL dealer in your area.
      • It is up to you to notify Triple Creek of who that FFL Dealer is
    • CA residents must use an ffl dealer to ship their firearms
      • Have your FFL dealer reach out to us

  • All firearms shipped from triple creek are fully insured and require a signature.
  • Customers are responsible for cost of shipping both ways.
  • Triple Creek, llc is not responsible for the loss or damage of your firearm during shipping. You must deal with the shipping company for these issues.
  • Bubble wrap is highly recommended to protect your project.
  • All firearm projects require a copy of your driver’s license.
  • Turnaround times are approximately 2-6 weeks.

Step by step Shipping instructions:

Step 1:

Firearms:

☐ unload & breakdown your firearm
☐ if you are disassembling your firearm, only send part(s) to be worked on or to have cerakote applied to

miscellaneous items:

☐ only send items you want cerakote applied to and/or lasered

Step 2:

☐ wrap your project in a protective cover (i.e., bubble wrap)

Step 3:

☐ place your wrapped project in a box (prior to taking to UPS or Fed ex)

      • Ups or fed ex will place your box in one of their shipping boxes

Step 4:

☐ place the following in your box with your project
☐ copy of your driver’s license
☐ custom work order form
☐ seal your box with tape

Step 5:

☐ take to UPS or Fed Ex store for shipment
☐ Don’t forget our address:

Step 6:

☐ Sit back and wait for email from triple creek stating we have received your project.
☐ anticipated turnaround time will be included in this email.

Step 7:

☐ payment is due when your project is completed. you will receive the following via email:

☐ photos of your completed project
☐ invoice
☐ tracking number (allow 24 hrs. for carrier to populate in their system)

Step 8:

☐ wait for your project to arrive
☐ you will receive the following from triple creek with your project

☐ invoice/packing slip
☐ customer appreciation pack (stickers, business cards) for you and your friends

Step 9:

☐ give us a high five by providing recommendations and/or reviews.  We are super appreciative of your support!
☐ If you post your project on social media, please tag us so we can repost/share your project.
